Feeling "grey"

Já me sinto melhor...
Do you know those days when you feel depressed, want to quit your job, go back 10 years and do it totally differently (ok, not everything...), want to tell everything you feel to your boss (and believe he will care) and want to have a whole year just for you? I’m feeling like that today. The fact that is gray and cold out there doesn’t help (I do not know how some people manage to live in London). A bit of advise for those who are feeling exactly the same way: go to Ready Made (taking into consideration that have instructions for everyday life), blog Kevin Carroll, read Intelligent Life and start planning the next trip because it is always good to have goals. I already feel better ...

O inicio do ano | Beginning a new year

Estou agora a começar o quilt! I'm still in the beginning...

+ Eu comecei a fazer um "quilt" e descobri estes dois blogs: a quilt is nice e crazy mom quilts que muito me têm ajudado nas instruções;

With the New Year many things have happened: + Rosa Pomar has a new site (and a really nice one): it makes me want to return to Japan immediately. Full of books and wonderful fabrics now it’s worth to order in Portugal!

I started to make a "Quilt" and found these two blogs: “a quilt is nice” and “crazy quilts” that have helped me a lot with the instructions;

+
I started to make more Japanese food on a daily basis, grabbing the idea that we brought from Japan that there is life beyond the sushi. Just Hungry and Just Bento are two of my favorite sites and the next experience it will be this soup.

I decided to go for a sewing course. I will try Europa school in Lisbon, but I still love my old Singer book and I would love to go here.

However, I still post some Christmas about filhoses, bread or olive cookies (despite there are no written recipes in my grandparents house). This week-end we will go again for the "village" (as my nephew Martim says) to do the pruning of the vines.
